We are working with Pastrăvăria Brătioara
(Brătioara trout farm Guesthouse) and replaces your office with one of 20 comfortable rooms, replaces the chair with
a fluffy bed where you can laze at your discretion and fills your nostrils with
clean, fresh and cool air, only good to draw deep into your chest. The
superlative of pampering is invented in the premium suite, which overlooks the
trout pools on the top floor. We replace the frugal lunch, drunk on the keyboard,
with a Pantagruelian feast. The master of ceremonies is the trout, but other
dishes from traditional Romanian or international gastronomy are also paraded.
It is sprinkled with wine from the cellar and left to ferment for at least a
weekend to recharge its batteries. At
Brătioara we will take care of everything. You just have to come. No meats to
throw on the embers, no bottles to rattle in the trunk, no worries in the bag
and no preconceived ideas. We are not a guesthouse like the ones you find
everywhere. We are different and you will feel it every day.
We are also working with Teodora and Nicoleta guesthouses which are located in Rucar Commune, Saticul de Sus Village, in the Fagaras Mountains near the Piatra Craiului massif.
The kitchen specializes in traditional dishes, mostly prepared with natural products.
